New Spring Craft Fair

The new Spring Craft Fair will be held at the AV Rescue Hall across from McDonald’s, in Port Alberni, featuring delightful creations from BC artists and crafters.
This new fair offers a great variety of handcrafted items perfect for gift giving or to enhance the home and garden. There are wood work items such as hand crafted burl bowls, wood boxes, furniture, cedar planters, wishing wells, bird houses, garden whirligigs and toys. Also, visitors will find kiln fired glass, pottery, jewellery, and scenic photography. But wait, there’s more, like feather hair accessories, fancy floral décor, tole painting, handmade soap, cards, paper crafts, and hand sewn tea-cozies, aprons, and children’s clothing.
Hours are Friday, May 2nd, 12-7, Saturday, May 3rd, 10-5, and Sunday, May 4th, 12-5. The AV Search and Rescue will be selling hotdogs and pop as a fundraiser, and admission is free.
